Our cake prices range from Rs.5788 – Rs.1388 per kilo

Do you do designer /customized cakes?

Yes, we do. We replicate any image brought in by the customer.

Do you deliver and is there a delivery charge?

Yes we do deliver. Charges would be applicable based on location. Minimum order value is Rs. 2,500/-

Which areas do you deliver to?

Delivery is provided within Colombo and limited Suburb areas

Do you deliver to isolated areas?

Sorry, we do not deliver to isolated areas.

What are the operating hours of the website?

We operate 24 hours

Do you deliver 24 hours?

We deliver from 9am to 10pm and would be based on time slots from the time ordered

How many hours prior do you need to make an order?

24 hours prior for cakes, 3 hours prior for other items. Time may vary according to availability.

Is payment on delivery applicable?

We currently do not accept payment on delivery.

Do we offer any discounts?

All discounts and special offers would be highlighted under promotions

Can you purchase items that are not in the website?

Yes, you can call and find out the availability of items that are not listed.

Do you do larger cakes of the cake range already available?

Yes, we do selected cakes.

How long can a cake be kept out?

We recommend an hour at room temperature (This would be applicable for cakes that do not have any special requirements)

How many slices can a 1kg cake be cut into? How many persons would it serve?

A 1kg cake can serve 10 -12 people.

Could I have same day delivery?

Yes, we can arrange for same-day delivery. Time may vary on demand.

Can my order be a surprise?

Yes, we can arrange it once the address and directions with the correct landmark are given. Please communicate the following via a phone call as we wish to perfect that special moment

What if the city I want is not listed?

Can we purchase event tickets online?

Yes, you can purchase from the events section.

Is there a special discount?

Yes. Sign up and avail yourself of a 10% discount on your first purchase with the coupon code HLT21. Discount is not valid on special offers, or seasonal collection.

Do we receive a physical ticket or a e-ticket is sufficient?

The e-ticket can be displayed at the entrance to the event and verification will be confirmed.

How long are the vouchers valid for?

The vouchers are valid for 3 months from purchase and are non-refundable. Even if a voucher is purchased you will have to make a reservation prior to meal and is not applicable for special promotions.
