    • All products indicated on the website are subject to availability. In the event a product is unavailable even after purchase due to uncontrollable circumstances or system errors, we will personally contact the customer on an amicable solution or a full refund.
    • Delivery is provided daily from 9.00am to 9.00pm within Colombo 01-15 and suburb areas during the estimated time depending on the ability and availability. (Please note that we do not deliver to isolated areas). The hotel will not be liable for delivery delays due to unavoidable circumstances.
    • Pick up orders could be collected from 9am – 10pm at Café Kai, Lobby level.
    • Please note that hospitals and high security zones are not covered within the delivery perimeters.  
    • Cancellations are not accepted and non-refundable.
    • In an emergency, if an order is required within short notice, we advise the customer to call the direct hotline on +94 11 2492 492. 
    • All images shown on the website are for illustration purposes only. Actual product may vary due to product enhancement.
    • Any special instructions should be specifically mentioned on the “Add Comments” section. Once the order is prepared amendments cannot be accommodated.
    • The value mentioned in local currency (Sri Lankan Rupee) would be the only form that would be precise, whilst other currencies updated via the website may highlight minor changes based on local bank pegged value.
    • All reviews left upon the website would not be reflected and a summary would be shared.
    • In an instance where a mismatch is identified between the mentioned delivery address and the actual delivery address one of the following steps will be taken.
      • If actual delivery address is not more than 2km from the mentioned – the request will be accommodated depending on the situation without an extra charge.
      • If actual delivery address is more than 2km from the mentioned – there is a possibility the items will be delivered with an extra charge.
      • If the given address is false/ no recipient – the items will be returned to the hotel for disposal and the total cost will be non-refundable.
    • Please note that all rates are subject to price fluctuations at the absolute discretion of Hilton Colombo.

    • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled by the guest and is not refundable. 
    • Hilton Colombo may cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, and in the event of such cancellation, Hilton Colombo shall issue a refund within 07 working days of such cancellation.
    • Hilton Colombo would not accept any returns of the products once delivered to the customer. Any complaints in terms of the Services could be lodged to [email protected] 


    Gift Vouchers

    • This voucher must be presented at time of redemption and may only be redeemed at the hotel issuing the voucher.
    • Voucher redemption is subject to availability, terms stated on voucher and rules of issuing property.
    • You must honour all terms mentioned.
    • Voucher is not valid during special promotions and festive season.
    • Advance reservations may be required and blackout dates may apply.
    • Other redemption restrictions may apply: inquire with hotel.
    • Voucher is nontransferable, non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash.
    • Hotel is under no obligation to replace vouchers that are lost, stolen or otherwise destroyed.
    • Other than the right to use the voucher as described, purchasers or recipients of the voucher agree to release parents from any and all liability, costs and expenses arising out of this voucher. ©2019 Hilton
    • All F&B vouchers are to be redeemed in named outlet and any additional charge exceeding the value of the voucher will be paid by the customer.

    Events

    • All payments are subject to the terms and conditions of each bank and the management has no authority over any payments made through the bank payment gateway. We do not retain your payment details or any other significant information such as your credit card number, passwords, pin number etc. Details of your credit / debit card may be securely held by the bank which processes your transaction.
    • Ticket(s) and voucher(s) are valid for specific dates, times and the event displayed. All Ticket(s) and voucher(s) are non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable.
    • Hilton Colombo will not be responsible for any lost or damaged Tickets and/or Voucher(s).
    • Altering or defacing the Tickets(s) or Voucher(s) may invalidate it.
    • Each guest regardless of age is required to have a valid Ticket. We encourage guests under the age of eighteen (18) years to be accompanied by an adult.
    • Ticket(s) and/or Voucher(s) will be cancelled immediately if resold or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes, without the prior written consent of Hilton Colombo.
    • On entry, guest may be asked to display a valid photo identification document such as national identity card, driving license, or original passport.
    • Only food and beverages sold at the event are permitted.
    • Hilton Colombo reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission/evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly, inappropriate and/or poses a threat to the security or to the enjoyment of the event by others.
    • The Tickets holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances.
    • The Tickets holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
